Biodiversity Programme Implementation Committee (BPIC): This is an advisory committee on the implementation of biodiversity related programmes in the country.

Access and Benefit Sharing Programme Steering Committee: This is an advisory committee on all ABS related issues. Some of the committee responsibilities include;
- Developing a common understanding of what is needed to expedite the implementation of the ABS programmes.
- Mobilizing the necessary expertise, as needed for the proper execution of the ABS programmes.
- Providing overall policy advice on the implementation of ABS programmes
